Little Ewe

One day, Little Ewe went for a walk. He was so enchanted by all the beautiful flowers that grew in the fields that he didn't realise how far he was getting from home. Further and further he walked and the more he walked, the more tired his little legs became.

The sun was shining down on him so brightly that he thought it would be nice to lie down and rest for a while in the beautiful blossoming fields. Time passed and, slowly, the sunny day began to soften and the moon decided to rise.

Little Ewe woke with a big stretch and as he did, he looked up at the moon.

'The moon!' he cried!

Up he jumped and started to spring higher and higher to see where he was. He jumped and jumped until finally he sat down on the grass under the stars and knew precisely where he was...

Lost!

So lost in fact, that he didn't know how to find his way back and was so scared to be out in the darkness all alone.

He curled up into a tight ball and tried to go to sleep, hoping that if he went to sleep he could wake up in the morning and go home.

Lost and lonely with only the wool on his little body to keep him safe and warm, his only wish was to find his way home. He had a long journey ahead of him to get back to where there is so much love and happiness and on the way, Little Ewe would be sure to meet some new friends like Lilac Moo and Popcorn Pig.

But if there's one thing that really reminds Little Ewe of home, it's a cuddle. So if you find him, give him a big hug to make him feel safe and warm... the more hugs you can give him, the further he can go on his journey home.
